Shipping & Returns

This covers orders from the FLEX Auto Styling online shop at flexautostyling.com/shop.html.

Shipping

• We ship from Prosper, Texas to the lower 48 states.
• Orders of $100 or more ship free. Under $100 is a $6 flat rate. Pre-cut window tint kits ship free, and anything you buy in the same order as a kit ships free too.
• Large items like film rolls have their own shipping cost. You see the exact shipping on the checkout screen before you pay.
• We ship as soon as we can. Pre-cut kits are cut for your exact car, so we check the fit first and then cut.
• When your order ships, we text you the carrier and tracking number.
• Texas sales tax is added to orders shipped to a Texas address.

Returns

• You have 15 days to return an item.
• We accept returns of items that are sealed, unused and in resellable condition.
• Text or call us at (469) 436-3776 before you send anything back so we can give you the return details.
• Once we get the item back and check it, we refund the original payment method.
• Items that were opened, used or installed can’t be returned.

Pre-cut kits

• Pre-cut kits are cut for one exact car, so cut film can’t be returned.
• If the fit is wrong, FLEX recuts it.
• If we can’t cut your car, you get a full refund.
• The film is warrantied. Installing it yourself is not covered.

Damaged or wrong item

If something shows up damaged or isn’t what you ordered, text us a photo at (469) 436-3776 and we’ll make it right.
